Summary:
Requires the adoption of California Low Emission/Zero Emission vehicle standards. The bill then raises the fee for inspection stickers from $3.25 to $3.75. The additional $0.50 will be split between the Motor Vehicle Air Pollution Abatement Fund and the general fund of state revenue.
