Summary:
Allows manufactured housing park residents to put a lien on the property or pursue other legal action when a park owner violates notice requirements prior to sale of the park. This bill also increases the penalty a park owner must pay for violating notice requirements, up to $25,000 or 25% of the total sales price, whichever is greater.
