SB 103 (2021)

Waive some business regulations during state of emergency

Summary:

Waives various business registration, licensing, and taxation requirements for out-of-state businesses temporarily performing work in New Hampshire during a declared state of emergency.

The House amended the bill to also prohibit the siting of new landfills, excluding expansions of existing landfills, within 2 miles of state parks.  This is similar to HB 177, which was killed in the Senate. A conference committee of representatives and senators removed this addition to the bill.
