Summary:
Makes various changes to definitions relating to games of chance, the license application process for operators and charities, the regulation of games of chance, wager amounts, reporting requirements, and what constitutes theft by deception. For example, this bill changes game operator license from one-year to three-year. This bill also raises the bet limit from $10/wager to $50/wager and increases table stakes limits.
