Evaluate option of state health insurance exchange
Summary:
Requires the Insurance Department to examine the implementation of a state health exchange. If the department finds a state health exchange would benefit New Hampshire, the department is directed to implement a state exchange with approval of the Joint Health Care Reform Oversight Committee.
