Summary:
Requires insurance companies to give the state notice before it discontinues or significantly reduce a line of business currently offered in the state. The bill similarly requires insurance companies to give the state notice before it terminates its contract with the CMS, stops offering Medicare Advantage Plans in a particular county, or significantly modifies the plans offered.
