Summary:
Removes some requirements for the terms of members of the Agricultural Advisory Board. The Senate amended the bill to also require public notice of each meeting of the Agricultural Advisory Board, including an opportunity for public input. The amended bill also requires the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture, Markets, and Food to leave the room if requested to do so by a member of the board.
