Regulate tree stands, blinds
Summary:
Expands the law regulating tree stands, observation blinds, and pit blinds. For example, this bill requires hunters to remove temporary tree stands and blinds in the winter, unless they have written permission from a property owner. This bill also requires tree stands and blinds to be labeled with contact information.
