Summary:

Prohibits the state from enforcing any presidential executive order "that has the purpose or effect of restricting, limiting, encumbering, regulating, or placing conditions upon the right of the people to keep and bear arms." The House amended the bill to more broadly prohibit any state or local enforcement of any federal laws or actions aimed at limiting firearms.
