Summary:
Prohibits the use of some OHRVs on designated trails. As introduced, this bill also required a permit for any event involving the operation of OHRVs on public ways, with an exhaust louder than 96 decibels, or within 1/2 hour after sunset or 1/2 hour before sunset. The House removed that part of the bill. Under the amended bill, if an Off-Highway Recreational Vehicle (OHRVs) is registered for use on public roads, it cannot be used for recreational purposes on designated OHRV trails.
