Summary:
Sets up regulations for legal online gambling. An online gaming operator would keep 45% of their revenue; the remainder would be split between the Lottery Commission, the General Fund of all tax dollars, and a new fund that would reimburse municipalities for elderly, disabled, blind, and deaf tax exemptions.
