Summary:
Allows municipalities to adopt ordinances to allow dogs in outdoor areas of brew pubs. The House amended the bill to instead generally allow dogs in outdoor areas of an outdoor restaurant dining area, unless a municipality chooses to prohibit dogs in outdoor dining areas.
The Senate amended the bill to also enable nano breweries and brew pubs to enter into contracts with contract brewers. The House removed this part of the bill.
