Summary:
Prohibits temporary agricultural workers from operating a motor vehicle unless he or she holds a valid driver's license or international driving permit.
The House amended the bill, extending the length of time a temporary agricultural worker can operate a motor vehicle under a foreign jurisdiction license, from 60 to 300 days.
