Summary:
Eliminates the current annual license fee of $500 to be a keno retailer. This bill also revises the law so that anyone convicted of class A misdemeanor with 10 years, or a class B misdemeanor with 5 years, is ineligible for a keno license or anything else related to operating keno games.
