Summary:
Modifies the definition of "inclusionary zoning" to include standards for housing affordability. This bill also modifies the law governing "housing opportunity zones" to ease the percentage of units that must be designed for median income households. This bill also extends the tax breaks for housing opportunity zones from 10 to 25 years.
