Summary:
Requires the Department of Fish and Game and the Department of Transportation to construct a boat ramp at Hilton Park in Dover. The Senate amended the bill to instead require the Department of Fish and Game, the Department of Transportation, and the Pease Development Authority to study repairs to the Hilton Park boat ramp and the construction of a new dock facility.
