Require annual eligibility determination for Education Freedom Account program
Summary:
Requires an annual determination of eligibility for Education Freedom Account (EFA) participation by a pupil, rather than a one-time determination at initial entry into the program. At the time of this bill's submission, a student is still eligible for an Education Freedom Account scholarship even if his or her family's income rises above the cap after the first year.
