Allow local bonds to finance broadband infrastructure anywhere within a municipality
Summary:
Authorizes a municipality or county to issue bonds or notes for the financing of broadband infrastructure projects for any location within a municipality. At the time of this bill's submission, bonds may only be issued for locations unserved by broadband.
