Summary:
Amends the definition of "water and/or sewer utility" to include sewage disposal systems.
The Senate amended the bill to also state, "All plans or proposals submitted by a stormwater utility to the legislative body of a municipality for approval shall include at least one estimate of the costs of the plan prepared by a professional entity engaged in stormwater mitigation or sewage treatment and disposal."
