Summary:
Rewrites the laws about adequate education standards and statewide assessment tests. The bill was requested by the Department of Education.
According to the House Education Committee, "These technical changes bring state statute into alignment with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act" (federal law).
