Summary:
Establishes a mandatory $500 fine for engaging in prostitution as a patron, in addition to any other penalty. Funds from this fine would go to the Victims' Assistance Fund.
The Senate amended the bill to instead send funds from this fine to the New Hampshire Human Trafficking Collaborative Task Force.
The amended bill also increases the penalty for engaging in prostitution as a patron, to a class A misdemeanor.
