Summary:
Authorizes municipalities with the Housing Champion designation to participate in programs managed by the New Hampshire Business Finance Authority (BFA). This bill then sends $6 million Housing Champion loan and grant programs. Communities that implement certain housing-friendly policies are eligible to become Housing Champions.
