Prohibit 30-day notice of vacancy policy in the event of resident's death at nursing home

Summary:

Prohibits a public or private nursing home or assisted living facility from enforcing a 30-day notice of vacancy policy in the event of a resident's death and provides that, in such cases, the month in which the resident passes shall be the last month for which payment is due.
