Prohibit schools, childcare from requiring COVID-19 vaccine for children

Summary:

Prohibits any school or childcare agency from requiring a child to get a COVID-19 vaccine.

The Senate amended the bill to instead establish a committee to study the list of immunizations required for children entering school and child care.
