Study state law on violations of privacy

Summary:

Increases the penalty for a second or subsequent offense for violations of privacy, from a misdemeanor to a felony. Violations of privacy include, for example, placing cameras in bathrooms.

The Senate amended the bill to instead establish a study committee to examine the state law relative to violations of privacy.
