Summary:
Prohibits public agencies and public bodies from releasing any list or other compilation of data that directly or indirectly identifies a person as a member, supporter, volunteer, or donor of any entity exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Under a final compromise version of this bill, the Attorney General could release some information if it is in the public interest.
