Summary:
Requires all health insurance offered to employers include a financial incentive to insured people fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the time of enrollment.
The Senate amended the bill to clarify that insurers may offer an incentive for COVID-19 vaccination. Insurers would not be required to offer an incentive.
