Summary:
Sets the amount of money needed in the Opioid Abatement Trust Fund balance to solicit applications. The state must solicit applications at least once a year so long as the fund is over $5 million. The bill also makes some changes to the projects eligible for funding. For example, this bill changes references to "detoxification" to "withdrawal management."
