Summary:
Establishes a dispute resolution board for condominiums, homeowners' associations, and cooperatives. This bill also modifies requirements for homeowners' association agreements. For example, this bill prohibits homeowners' associations from banning alternative energy solutions such as solar panels.
The Senate amended the bill to instead require condominiums, homeowners' associations, and tenants' association of tenant-owned manufactured housing parks to adopt bylaws for a dispute resolution procedure.
