Use federal funds to incentivize workers in long-term care to stay in their jobs


Establishes a Long-Term Care Retention Stabilization Program to provide temporary stabilization funding to incentivize frontline workers to remain in or rejoin the health care workforce. The program will use federal American Rescue Plan Act funds.
