Summary:
Provides that the definition of home health care provider includes a case management agency for the purpose of licensing.
The Senate rewrote the bill to define and regulate case management services providers as a type of home health care provider.
The House also rewrote the bill. First, the bill defines and regulates case management services providers. The bill then provides that the state shall pay 7.5% of retirement contributions for group I (teachers) and group II (firefighters and police officers).
