Summary:
Directs the Department of Environmental Services to study the feasibility and impact of building a pier directly south of Boar's Head in the town of Hampton, and sets aside $20,000 for the study.
The Senate amended the bill by increasing the budget to $150,000 and placing the Hampton Beach area commission in charge of the study.
