Summary:
Revises the limits on political campaign donations by individuals and organizations. This bill would increase the donation limits for candidates to $5,000 during the exploratory phase, an additional $5,000 before the primary election, and an additional $5,000 before the general election. Those limits would double for donations to non-candidate political committees and political parties.
