Summary:
Establishes October 2022 as eczema awareness month.
The House completely rewrote the bill. The new bill revises the Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules (JLCAR) to be 15 members, rather than 10, and divides them into three groups which each review a third of the rules.
