Summary:
Clarifies licensure requirements for healthcare professionals providing services by means of telemedicine or telehealth.
The Senate amended the bill to also authorize the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification to enter into reciprocity agreements with other states to facilitate the licensure of out-of-state physicians and physicians assistants in New Hampshire.
