Summary:
Removes a requirement that the municipal public welfare administrators make an annual report to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) regarding the number of people assisted by the municipality and the cost of such support. The bill also removes a requirement that DHHS make a report to the legislature regarding 10-year current services cost projections.
