Summary:
Directs the Commissioner of Safety to adopt rules relative to driver education reciprocity, including procedures for determining whether the education meets the state’s minimum standards. This bill also authorizes the Division of Motor Vehicles to impose license suspensions, revocations, or other limitations on a driver convicted of driving offenses out of state, as if such conduct had occurred in New Hampshire.
