Require court to immediately remedy contempt in divorce property settlements

Summary:

If a court finds a party in contempt related to property settlements in a divorce, this bill directs the court to "fashion a remedy that immediately rectifies the cause of the contempt, if practicable, such as ordering immediate access to funds, payment, or property that has been withheld."
