Summary:
Gives an applicant for a driver's license the opportunity to determine whether to have his or her complete social security number, or only the last 5 digits, retained in the records of the Department of Safety. This bill also permits the department to transmit the last 4 digits of an individual's social security number to the Department of State for voter identification purposes.
