Summary:
Adds additional restrictions for political advertising on public property. For example, this bill limits the advertising to 32 square feet.
The Senate rewrote the bill. The new bill clarifies when signs may be placed on private property, public property, and public rights of ways. The bill only allows signs on public rights of ways if they do not obstruct the safe flow of traffic and there is permission from the property owner of the underlying land.
