Let occupational licensees expunge disciplinary records

Summary:

Allows licensees under the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) to petition to have disciplinary records expunged, so long as the discipline did not include permanent license revocation and there were no "criminal acts, fraud, deceit, patient safety, public safety, or acts impacting the integrity of the profession."
