Summary:

Establishes reporting requirementsrelated to the 340B Drug Pricing Program, which requires drug manufacturers to sell outpatient drugs at discounted prices at some hospitals for those drugs to be covered by Medicaid. The bill then requires the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to require 340B identifiers across claims, and implement rules to prevent duplicate discounts.
