Technical change to state law on drones

Establishes a law against unlawful use of small unmanned aircraft systems (drones). For example, this bill makes it a felony if a drone causes damage to an aircraft in flight.
The House rewrote the bill. According to the House Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee, "This is the Senate version of a House Bill that was passed and signed into law. It was discovered that a minor edit to the law, including dates was necessary and the amendment adopted by the committee accomplishes this."
