"HOMEnibus" bill to encourage office conversions, more density

Summary:
Establishes a tax relief program, under the Community Revitalization Tax Credit, to convert offices to residences. This bill also revises state laws on zoning to limit minimum lot sizes and parking requirements. Lastly, this bill modifies the law on inclusionary zoning to enable some higher density projects. The sponsors of this bill titled it "The HOMEnibus."
The Senate amended the bill to remove the parts around minimum lot size and inclusionary zoning.
