Summary:
Allows a community water system sanctioned for missing or late water tests to return to a standard testing schedule after submitting six consecutive timely tests.
The Senate rewrote the bill. The new bill requires Department of Environmental Services (DES) rules include an option for sampling of transient non-community water systems under certain circumstances.
