Summary:

Allows advanced deposit wagering on pari-mutuel betting on horse racing, which currently already takes place in New Hampshire without regulation. The Lottery Commission could adopt related rules and regulations.

The House amended the bill to add the text of HB 357, which removes the authority of the Department of Health and Human Services to require vaccinations beyond those in state law. The bill specifically notes that the requirements for chickenpox, Hepatitis B, and Hib vaccinations will expire in 2026.
