Summary:
Increases the length of license suspension after a driver refuses a sobriety test. Suspension would be at least 9 months, with longer suspension for repeat offenses. The bill also adds penalties for aggravated driving while intoxicated.
The Senate amended the bill to increase the minimum suspension to 12 months.
