Summary:
Establishes a voluntary surcharge program, where performing arts venues could charge up to $0.50 per ticket to fund the Division of the Arts and State Council on the Arts.
The Senate rewrote the bill. The new bill requires approval from the Governor and Executive Council for both donations and expenditures over $50,000 for the Granite Patron of the Arts Fund.
