Add alternate documentation for LNA licensure

Establishes an Office of Regulatory Efficiency and Oversight. The office would represent the interests of private industry in rulemaking.
The Senate rewrote the bill to instead add an additional option for material that can be submitted for LNA licensure.
According to the House Executive Departments and Administration Committee, “This bill puts into statute a long-standing practice of approving LNA licensure by submitting successful completion of a fundamentals of nursing curriculum from a board-approved nursing education program.”
