Should New Hampshire legalize the recreational use of marijuana by establishing state-run cannabis stores?
"As long as adults are not harming others, they are entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, which includes the use of cannabis if so chosen in my opinion. Numerous states regulate cannabis use, it is a multi-billion dollar industry creating jobs and tax revenue. Regulated cannabis replaces trafficking by violent cartels and gangs. Unless citizens actually show up and support passage of legalization, the questions are moot."
